
On May 26, the final round of the third “CECEP Youth Voices” event and the “I Am a Narrator for Beautiful China” competition was held in the multifunctional hall of the CECEP headquarters. The event was organized by the Youth League Committee of the Group and hosted by the Youth League Committee of CNEPG. Liu Dajun, Director of the Board, attended the event and delivered remarks.?
Liu noted that the young presenters closely aligned their presentations with national strategies, industry development and corporate practices, vividly demonstrating the enterprising spirit, innovative drive and strong sense of responsibility of CECEP’s young people in the new era. Their performances profoundly reflected the mission and commitment of a new generation dedicated to building a Beautiful China. The event showcased how young employees across the Group are advancing the new journey of supporting the Group’s high-quality development and the nation’s ecological progress through concrete actions and hard work.

Centered on the theme “Telling the Stories of Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains, Painting a Beautiful China”, the competition featured 10 contestants from grassroots units across the Group. Focusing on areas such as ultra-low emissions, smart water management, and intelligent operations and maintenance, they promoted the principles of ecological civilization and comprehensively presented CECEP’s achievements in driving green development through technological innovation and upgrading the energy conservation and environmental protection industry. The final competition produced first-, second- and third-prize winners, as well as excellence awards. Zhang Xu from CNEPG Xi’an branch won first prize and will represent the Group in the national “I Am a Narrator for Beautiful China” competition.?
Representatives from the Group’s Publicity Department, Trade Union, Youth League Committee and CNEPG attended the event. Officials responsible for Youth League work at the Group’s secondary subsidiaries and representatives of young members participated through the main venue and video-linked sub-venues.
